Our focus is on quality not quantity. We only produce a limited amount of jewelry every year and every piece is handmade with exceptional gems and materials by the Hileman family in our Arizona studio.
Mark began making jewelry in 1974, the same year he opened his architectural office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mark's jewelry style is an expansion and blending of his diverse artistic background in painting, sculpting and architectural design. Over the last 44 years Mark has inlaid every material imaginable, but Australian opal has been his passion. Mark Hileman is known for his bold jewelry designs handcrafted in 14 karat gold inlaid with the finest Australian opal available. Over the years Hileman jewelry has been sold in upscale galleries, jewelry stores and high end department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom and can be found in the jewelry collections of celebrities, CEO's, jewelry lovers and opal enthusiasts worldwide. Our wide range of metal choices, including sterling silver, stainless steel, gold or platinum, allows us to create the perfect piece of jewelry that fits both your budget and your design tastes. Most of the jewelry designs you see on our websites can be made in the metal of your choice. Just because you see the item in sterling silver doesn't mean we can't make it in gold for you for an additional cost. Many of the inlay materials we use may also be substituted for other stones. Whether you prefer Australian opal, dinosaur bone, turquoise or one of our many other stone choices, we will work with you to create a piece of jewelry that is uniquely you!
